2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service purchased has not yet been initiated (i.e., work has not begun).

  • There was a billing or duplicate payment error on our end.

  • A significant failure to deliver the service as described, where BattlePlan is at fault and unable to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Once service delivery has begun or a project has been initiated, refunds are generally not available, as time and resources are already allocated.

3. Refund Timeframe

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.
After this period, refunds will not be considered except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions or digital strategy plans.

  • AI automation setups, integrations, or configurations once initiated.

  • Subscription or membership fees after the billing cycle begins.

  • Promotional discounts, free trials, or special offers.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details in your request:

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Date of transaction

  • Description of service or issue

We will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Discretionary Adjustments

BattlePlan reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In special circumstances, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion.
