As part of the founding team from opening day, we built the foundation of the program from the ground up. We designed the curriculum, established operational processes, and implemented systems to manage students and staff effectively. As Program Manager, we oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff, and ensure a high-quality training experience while supporting the long-term growth of the academy.
